Walking
You don’t need anything special for this, just willpower. Walk 1–2 kilometers a day. That’s not a long distance. Start with a comfortable pace and a short distance, then go a bit further every time. I did the same. Now I can walk 5 km without sitting down to rest. This distance is very beneficial for the heart.

Stretching fingers for guitar playing
This is important. Stretch your fingers every day. Without this, you can’t press the chords properly. I found a very useful video on YouTube.
Practice gently, because it can over-stretch your fingers.

Spine Exercises
We all spend a lot of time sitting in front of the monitor. We all tap on our phones a lot. As a result, our spines and necks hurt more and more often. Mine too.
But I’ve found some short videos on YouTube from a young man (Michael Dean). I really like them. They might be a bit more difficult for those who don’t speak English – but he shows everything clearly. There are also videos where he doesn’t speak at all, just performs the exercises. I’m trying to group the short clips by topic. They really are short – about 15 to 20 seconds long.
