Here I present my own photos of Rolls-Royce cars. In addition, I share the knowledge I have gained about them from CHATGpt over the past two weeks.
Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow I (1965–1977)
This model was the first Rolls-Royce with a self-supporting body and more modern technology (brakes, suspension). The Silver Shadow became one of the most produced Rolls models and the embodiment of the classic British luxury car.
Distinguishing features:
- Huge, vertical chrome radiator grille with the famous Spirit of Ecstasy statue on top.
- Double round headlights on both sides, in chrome frames.
- Elegant, angular body with clean lines (a break from Rolls’ previous more rounded shapes).
- Chrome bumpers with simple rubber inserts.
- White paintwork with discreet chrome trim.
