When One of Us Leads the Conversation
This chatroom is a little different — and that’s exactly what makes it special.
There’s no native speaker here.
Instead, a long-time Vig-Village member steps up to lead the session.
They choose the topic, guide the flow, and set the tone.
The rest of the chatroom works just like any other: small breakout groups, friendly atmosphere, and lots of English practice.
It usually takes place on Sundays at 4:00 PM (CET).
What I like most about it is that it shows how far someone can come.
These are people who once were learners — just like me — and now they have the confidence and skills to lead others.
Maybe someday I’ll be able to do that too.
Until then, it’s inspiring to see learners guiding learners.
