Creativity and curiosity havebeen the driving force of my life since a young age. I love testing myself to see if I can solve a particular challenge.
In my childhood, creativity meant learning how to knit, crochet, and do various types of embroidery. However, I wasn’t afraid to design and sew my own clothes either. In fact, I mostly wore these sewn, knitted, or crocheted outfits.

I used to draw portraits, and perhaps not too badly. Unfortunately, I cannot show you any of them, as they have all gone missing somewhere. However, you can check out my children’s artistic talent right here.
I even tried my hand at learning Ikebana.
During my university years and later while working, there was no longer time for these hobbies. This was especially true after my children were born. As they grew up, my creativity sparked to life once again. I tried the art of Origami with them. I absolutely loved it, but it proved to be too difficult for the kids. However, we made salt dough crafts, painted, glued, and created puppets and wooden toys together. Then they grew up and started walking their own paths.
The Covid pandemic marked another period when I was left completely alone for six weeks. I had to find something to keep myself busy after work. This is how my next creative wave began: making baby clothes by knitting, crocheting, and sewing them by hand. I made numerous pieces.
Two years ago, I happened to try restringing an old necklace. Since then, I have been making jewelry regularly. You can find them right here.
And then, a new passion was born: using the spinning wheel. Where did I get my spinning wheel from? I will share that story right here.
